The Tattoo is one part of of fashion or tradition we cannot do without in this century. From the youths to the oldies, everyone are with different forms of tattoo, some with just text and others have images and text.
Everybody with tattoo are of the opinion that they had their tattoo to remember an occasion, some had written about families, some about their lovers, pets, countries and many more. So the tattoo is seen as a modern day body design and should be welcome in the society.
Cool tattoos
But is tattoo totally accepted in the society we live nowadays? The answer to this question cannot be straightforward because it is like a double-sided coin, while some will jump at a Yes, some will not agree with you, while some are not decided.
Tattoo always look beautiful on the skin, but being accepted in the society is what that particular society has re-defined itself to be. Americans see tattoo has something normal and another way to add to the beauty of the skin, while some Asian parents will denounce their kids with tattoos. African parents will denounce you and a drawing of a tattoo in Africa might means you are in a cult group. So when you ask if the tattoo is acceptable, maybe not in every part of the world.
Does Tattoo justfy who you are? No. a drawing on a skin does not determine who anybody is, moreover nobody is perfect and we are not in a position to judge ourselves. Tattoo have nothing to do with anybody personality or what they are capable of doing.
Not so cool tattoos
Even though people in some places might see you as ratched in some Asian or African countries if you have some tattoos on you, but you are who you are.
What does tattoo means for work?
Even though tattoo is acceptable in different places in the western world, some offices won't allow any tattoo on your skin. Might sound funny, but it is true, you will be told before applying for such positions.
Also, i don't think you want to switch on your TV and find someone had some weird tattoo on their head reading news on CNN. So no matter how we have come to accept tattoo, might not look nice in certain situation, at least we are not there yet.
Also if your tattoo is not well covered in places like Africa or some part in Asia, goodluck getting a job. Unless you are the best in your field that people can overlook your tattoo for your expertise.
Conclusion
A Tattoo does not define who we are, but also we must consider that people are yet to come to terms with tattooS. If you want to draw a tattoo, make sure you are getting it at the right places, and if you are going to do it around where could see them, make sure it looks good, and not scary.
