A company in Beijing has come under fire after a photo emerges on the internet of girls lined up to kiss their bosses every day before beginning work.All Female staff are required by their bosses to kiss him between 9:00am to 10:00am after the boss claimed that this act improves great working relationship between the manager and the staff.
The company sells home brewery product in Tongzhou District, and both staff and the manager have come under fire on China's social media weibo, as many internet users wondered why the female workers insist on working with such insane person.
A user wrote; "I want to ask these female workers: Do you have no money? Would you starve if you changed jobs?" and another user wrote; "The boss is a perv, but the workers are foolish."
According to local media, the girls initially find it ridiculous to do this ritual with their boss, but later gave in to his demand. Two of the staffers who disagreed with his proposition and left the company.
The boss claimed he picked up the idea when he visited a company in the United States.
