Gay Foreigners To Be Deported Or Banned In Egypt

Egypt: A court in Egypt had banned a Libyan man again in Egypt. The man who was banned in 2008 by the Egypt interior ministry was allegedly gay.. 

The man is a student of Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime had decided to continue is studies in Egypt, so he appealed the decision of the interior ministry before the the Egypt administrative court on Tuesday, the 14th of April.

           

The court ruled in favour of the ministry after it was the case of the man was presented to the man as Gay.

An anonymous judicial staff said the court has the right to ban LGBT people so as to protect the public interest, religious and social values. The country does not have a specific anti-gay law, and a lot of Gays have been arrested and the arrest of LGBT arrest have increased in recent times.
