There is a camp in Northern Nigeria, where you can take your pick of different orphans displaced by Boko Haram for 500 USD (100,000 Naira). The children are bought without no paper works or questions asked, and nobody cares what happened to the kids after they leave the camps. The man who runs the camp lies under the disguise that the money is for what he called "Suggested donation".

You can select a boy or girl, young or old. The man said nothing needs to be done, he just needs to give the order or "green light" for the kids to be with whoever pays for them. The fostering or suggested donation in this camp is illegal because the children are displaced by Boko Haram and had to flee the country.

Most of these kids are orphans and with vulnerable kids like this, they might end up in Boko Haram camps or child soldiers to blow up some other locations or another generation of young Boko Haram.
