Tattoo Causes Cancer, Infertility And Child Development, Could Soon Be Banned

The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) study has shown that inks that is used to create body arts are toxic and should be banned. The ink increases the risk of developing cancer, and can cause allergic reactions in some people, or itching that would last for years.

The ECHA is set to release the potentially harmful chemicals used in ink. 

According to the research, the colours of the ink could also affect Child development and fertility, and the Red Ink was found to be hazardous, while blues, greens and blacks are also very risky.

ECHA said;

Many reports show concerns for public health stemming from the composition of inks used for tattooing. The most severe concerns are allergies

The most severe concerns are allergies caused by the substances in the inks and possible carcinogenic, mutagenic or reproductive toxic effects.
