A Uber driver, Suleiman Abdirizak, 42, freaked out when a passenger he tried to rape told him that she is HIV positive. Suleiman was quick enough to wash his genitals and penis,and was so upset, his victims had to comfort him.
According to reports, Suleiman Abdirizak allegedly raped the woman after he drove her home after a night out from Hoxton, east London.
According to the prosecutor, Sarah Morris, the victim had ordered a Uber after a drink at Hoxton Bar and Grill on November 10, but she felt sick after the drink, and Suleiman, who had picked her up saw an opportunity to rape the woman, and took some wrong route to her house.
The woman had initially ordered a Uber pool request, but Suleiman suggested she turn it off, so she can be the only passenger to her home, but along the way he turned into a dead end in Stepney,and fondled the thigh of the victim, who was sleeping at the back of the vehicle.
He then got into the back of the vehicle and put his penis into her mouth, and he said to her; "I'll only drive you if you suck my d***"
The alleged victim knowing she was in trouble then lied to Suleiman that she is HIV positive. He then wash his mouth and penis with water, and the victim had to console him that he will not get the virus just by touching her.
According to Sarah Morris;
She told her flatmate about what had just happened when she got home and he telephoned the police. The journey should have taken about 20 minutes. They were in that cab for 43 minutes. His telephone shows that for nine minutes they were in fact in Buckle Street.
That's where the rape took place.
In his defence, Suleiman described the woman as "annoying" and he further said the woman had asked that they both go to a quiet place, and while they were there, she asked him of the perfume he was wearing, and said he knew she was drunk, but she was also the one that asked they go to a quiet place because she was feeling"sick"
The victim on the other end while narrating her ordeal with Suleiman said that;
'I remember the car stopped and by the time I woke up I could feel him touching the side of my leg.
I said ''what are you doing?'' He said: "You a pretty girl, you must get that a lot"
He got off his seat and then came to the back and by the time he came to the back he had already got his penis out.
'I said ''stay away from me."
I don't know how I thought of this idea to lie to him, I said I have an illness and you don't want to sleep with me.
He thought it was an STD or something, I told him I have HIV and have had it for five years.
I touched your penis, I don't know what could happen.
'He got out a squash bottle from his car and started washing his mouth and penis because he though he was contaminated.
'I told him: "I won't say anything, just drive me home. You won't get contaminated."
'He asked: "Are you sure?"
'I said ''I'm sure just drive me home.''
'I know he was freaked out. I said "I'll walk you through it, I have had it for five years, don't worry about it.
The court is adjourned, but the trials between both parties continues.
