If We Don't Receive Help, We Might Be Close To Genocide -San Juan mayor

The mayor of San Juan, Puerto Rico, Carmen Yulín Cruz is tired of being polite or the political correctness as she stood with a teary eye on a podium, while addressing the media, and talks about the hardship the community had faced after Hurricane Maria, and how the Trump administration has ignored them.

The Island after the hurricane did not receive massive support as Florida and Texas got after Hurricane Irma and Harvey respectively.

The Mayor made a plea to people to help them, and with emotional eyes said that the people are suffering with some drinking water from the creek. Puerto Rico are in dire need of food, water, medicine and most of the state have gone without power.

Cruz said;

I will do what I never thought I was going to do. I am begging, begging anyone who can hear us to save us from dying. If anybody out there is listening to us, we are dying, and you are killing us with the inefficiency.

The Trump administration has done a terrible job with the response to the people of Puerto Rico, and therefore have come under scrutiny from members of the public, including popular musician, Rihanna, tweeting at the president;

Donald Trump though believes his team is doing a good job in the region when he told reporters;

We have done an incredible job, considering there's absolutely nothing to work with.
