Iran is responding to the Israel Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu threat during a speech at the Munich Security Conference, where he showed the council pieces of Iranian drone that was done by Israel, and warn Iran of direct military action if it test Israel's resolve.

Mohsen Rezaei, secretary of Iran’s Expediency Council and former chief of the country’s Revolutionary Guards, told the Hezbollah-affiliated Arabic-language al-Manar TV channel on Monday;

About Netanyahu’s unwise words, I should say that if they carry out the slightest unwise move against Iran, we will level Tel Aviv to the ground.

Rezaei also added, "will not give Netanyahu any opportunity to flee.

The tension between the Israeli and Iranian is at the all time high after a drone entered Northern Israel from Syria on February 10, and was immediately shut down by the Israeli attack helicopter. Israel in response to the drone invasion attacked the mobile command centre that the drone was operated.

One of the F-16 fighter jets that destroyed the mobile command centre was then hit by the Syrian anti-aircraft missile and crashed. The Israeli airforce conducted round two of the operation, and this time destroyed a third and half of the Syrian air-defences.

Rezaei also called the recent display of Netanyahu at the Munich Security Conference as “theatrical move and a childish game"

A 180-metre long tunnel have been discovered by the Israeli intelligence team, and was destroyed on Sunday morning, after the security team closed the  Kerem Shalom on Saturday night.

Israel has also denied claims that the tunnel is used to transport food to the Gaza strip, claiming that the tunnel is used by Hamas to smuggle terrorists and weapon into the Gaza strip, which can be used as a combined attack on the Kerem Shalom crossing from the Egyptian side.

The tunnel stretched for almost a kilometre near gas pipes and continued into the Egyptian territory. The destruction of the tunnel was carried out by the Southern Command in the Kerem Shalom area.

In a statement by the IDF;

This is a blatant violation of Israeli sovereignty, endangering the citizens of Israel and sabotaging the humanitarian efforts that Israel is making for the citizens of Gaza.The terrorist organization Hamas is responsible for everything happening in and out of the Gaza Strip.

According to the defence Minister Avigdor Liberman, while commenting on the strike said;

We performed a professional and precise [military] action. The destruction of the terror tunnel network is an essential component of our systematic policy to harm Hamas's strategic capabilities. Our message to the Gazan leadership and residents of the strip is clear: invest in the sanctity of life and not in death tunnels.

The head of the Southern Command Maj.-Gen. Eyal Zamir, while visiting the site of the destroyed tunnel was briefed by the head of Eshkol Regional Council Gadi Yarkoni;

The terror tunnel that traversed the Kerem Shalom crossing harms first and foremost the residents of the Gaza Strip," Zamir said, adding that the IDF is “determined to continue the effort to thwart terror tunnels and to act in any way to defend the residents of the Gaza vicinity and the State of Israel.

The IDF Is reported to have destroyed 4 tunnels since October last year, one in December, and two in January. The IDF will also continue to investigate more of the tunnels running into Israel, and will also enclose underground barriers to block Hamas access.

During a military training by Israeli Army in the occupied West Bank city of Tubas, a 3-year old Palestinian toddler was shot in the head accidentally with live bullets.

According to the Palestinian Authority’s Ministry of Health,the child was taken to the Rafidia Surgical hospital in Nablus, after the accident. According to the ministry, "medical staff that he was shot during IDF training in the area.” but added" “The health situation of the injured child is stable.”

The Israeli army is known to conduct their training in West Bank city of Tubas, the Jordan Valley of the occupied West Bank, Hebron, and other Palestinian occupied communities, forcing out the occupants away from their homes, so the military can perform the training.

While the UN and countries debate peace between Israel and Palestines, Israel is no longer waiting for validation or approval from any country or group, but will continue to approve new settler's home in West Bank.

The country's defence minister, Avigdor Lieberman has said that the construction for the new approval should go on after peace talks between the 2 countries had been halted since 2014.

Palestinians had wanted to get back the West Bank, Gaza strip and East Jerusalem, after Israel took charge of these places during the 1967 six day war. Palestinians had planned to use West Bank as a future state. Though in the past, while Israel tries to give Gaza strip to the Palestinians, it was immediately turned into a hotbed for terrorism, and a location to bomb Israel.

Israeli authorities will approve around 1,250 housing units to begin construction and another 2,500 units to be done in another 20 settlements across Israel. The Palestinians authorities are yet to respond to the new approvals in the West Bank.

The peace talk between the two countries hit a ditch in the past month after the new US President, Donald Trump said that the country will move its embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, something that sparked outrage in different part part of the Muslim world.

Last year September, some Facebook representatives met with one of Israel most extremist and pro-settlement Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked. The meeting was done so that Israel could control Facebook, and be able to tell them the account of Palestinian activists that should be deleted on the group of constituting "incitement"

The meeting happened after a threat from Israel that it will create a law that will allow enact the law in the land, or can go as far as a heavy fine or blocked in Israel. Facebook succumbed to the threats from the Israeli government and went on deleting spree, deleting Palestinian activists that protests about the Israeli occupation. This means that Facebook, a company that once prides itself as a Free speech platform will now have to work with the Israeli government on its definition of "incitement".

Many politicians in Israel have also boasted about the obedience of Facebook in dancing to its pleas, and since the news of the censorship by the Israeli government. In some month in 2016 ,Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked who has called Palestinian children "little snakes" said that Israel had submitted 158 requests, and Facebook complied with 95 percent of the requests.

Last December 2016, NYT reported that"Israeli security agencies monitor Facebook and send the company posts they consider incitement. Facebook has responded by removing most of them."

According to Independents, following Israeli-Facebook meeting "the activist collective Palestinian Information Center reported that at least 10 of their administrators’ accounts for their Arabic and English Facebook pages — followed by more than 2 million people — have been suspended, seven of them permanently, which they say is a result of new measures put in place in the wake of Facebook’s meeting with Israel.” Last March, Facebook briefly shut down the Facebook page of the political party, Fatah, followed by millions, “because of an old photo posted of former leader Yasser Arafat holding a rifle."

Also in 2016, a  Palestinian Center for Development and Media Freedoms wrote a detailed report of the censorship. The report says;

Pages and personal accounts that were filtered and blocked: Palestinian Dialogue Network (PALDF.net) Gaza now, Jerusalem News Network, Shihab agency, Radio Bethlehem 2000, Orient Radio Network, page Mesh Heck, Ramallah news, journalist Huzaifa Jamous from Abu Dis, activist Qassam Bedier, activist Mohammed Ghannam, journalist Kamel Jbeil, administrative accounts for Al Quds Page, administrative accounts Shihab agency, activist Abdel-Qader al-Titi, youth activist Hussein Shajaeih, Ramah Mubarak (account is activated), Ahmed Abdel Aal (account is activated), Mohammad Za’anin (still deleted), Amer Abu Arafa (still deleted), Abdulrahman al-Kahlout (still deleted).

While some might argue that the Israeli government has done the right thing to censor that constitutes"incitements" by Palestinians, the fact is that Israel gets to define what "incitement" means for Facebook to comply.

Also, the Israeli people have also been known to write spiteful statements against the Palestinians, with one young person writing that "Bombing of Gaza children gives me “orgasm”. Another Facebook group of a house-moving company once wrote;

One of our advantages: we don’t observe Ramadan!!! We look after our clients and we don’t abandon them […] we keep our word and go to every delivery. If you already closed a deal for a delivery with a company that employs our cousins [commonly used in Hebrew to refer to Arabs], it’s time to cancel and move to us. 0525530344. Why provide for those who kidnap our children? Have a good and peaceful day!

Facebook posts of  violence or celebration of killing of Palestinian kids stays on Facebook.

Israel is not the only one telling Facebook who to delete, the U.S government also does the same, instructing the social media giant to delete the Facebook account of Ramzan Kadyrov, authoritarian leader of the Chechen Republic who also has a combined followers of 4million on social media.

Kayrov is accused of kidnapping and killing dissidents, and also accused of human rights violation, and also the imprisonment and torture of LGBT community.

According to a response from the spokesperson of Facebook that spoke to NYT; "Mr. Kadyrov’s accounts were deactivated because he had just been added to a United States sanctions list and that the company was legally obligated to act.". Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro, who also is on the same sanctions list is still active on both Instagram and Facebook.

Will the law applies to all government of different countries? Will Facebook deletes the account of any U.S senator that is sanctioned by any Iran for supporting the agenda of President to recognise Jerusalem as Israel's capital? Or would it delete the account of any Israeli official that incite violence on Palestinians and sanctioned by the Palestinians officials.

"We are here to stay, forever," is the vow prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu is making with Israelis at the celebration of the 50th anniversary that Israel occupied the West Bank. The prime minister said that he will not evacuate the people at the West Bank settlements.

Netanyahu said;

We are here to stay, forever. There will be no more uprooting of settlements in the land of Israel. It has been proven that it does not help peace.

We've uprooted settlements. What did we get? We received missiles. It will not happen anymore. And there's another reasons that we will look after this place, because it looks after us. In light of everything that is occurring around us, we can just imagine the result.

So we will not fold. We are guarding Samaria against those who want to uproot us. We will deepen our roots, build, strengthen and settle," he said, using the Jewish name for part of the West Bank.

Prime Minister Netanyahu has made a similar pledge during a press conference with Israeli reporters in January 2014, after a meeting with the then U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry in Davos, Switzerland.

The days of bulldozers uprooting Jews are behind us, not ahead of us.

The Israeli-Palestinian core issues is the settlements. While Israeli takes over different sections of the settlements, despite warning from the UN, Palestinians are hoping that the Trump administration will support the creation of a Palestinian state.

Most countries have alleged that the settlements going on in Israel are illegal, and would be an obstacle to peace in the region. Israel disagrees and instead cites historical,biblical to the land, also claimed by the Palestinians.

A Palestinian girl was reportedly shot on Tuesday by Israeli forces, after a claim that she had attempted stabbing in the city of Nablus.

The Israeli forces have been using shoot to kill in the occupied area on the accusation that Palestinians sought to carry out attacks against Israelis, and the current tension in West has risen after Israeli forces imposed restrictions on the entry of Palestinian worshippers into the al-Aqsa Mosque compound in East Jerusalem al-Quds in August 2015.

250 Palestians have reportedly lost their lives in the hand of Israeli forces, and 40 Israelis have also died in the same period.

A Palestinian boy, Mustafa Nimr from the Dahieh al-Salam neighbourhood in 'Anata town was shot dead by Israeli forces deployed to the Shu’fat refugee camp, northeast of Jerusalem al-Quds. The pair was driving when the Israeli army shot at their car, killing the driver, and injuring his friend who was next to him.

According to residents, there was a gunshot, which was later followed by some shouting from the Israeli troopers. The troopers approached the car, and pull out Mustafa, and arrest his friend who was now bleeding and wounded.

In a statement released by the Israeli police spokesperson, the troopers had fired on the suspicion that the pair was trying to conduct a car-ramming assault.

The Israeli forces have shot a 17 year old Palestinian boy, Muhammad Abu Hashhash, in the chest during a scuffle in the Fawwar camp, located near the city of al-Khalil (Hebron). According to a statement released by the Palestinian Ministry of Health, Muhammad was shot in the chest during the clash.

The clash happened when Israeli forces stormed the camp on Tuesday,  ransacked homes and interrogated residents. The Israeli later fires gunshots, tear gas and rubber coated steel bullets at Palestinian youths.

According to witnesses at the camp, the Israeli forces also stopped an ambulance carrying an injured person away from the camp for an hour. The Israeli forces recently have faced heavy criticism with how they handle Palestinians youths who did not pose a threat or could have been detained through non-lethal means.

More than 230 Palestinians have died, including women and children in the hands of Israeli forces in what is regarded as the third Palestinian Intifada (uprising) since the beginning of last October.
