The FBI director,  James Comey on Sunday had said that the killings that happened in Baltimore is not an act of terrorism. The FBI director said the shooting in Charleston, South Carolina that killed 9 people by a 21 year old Dylan Roof is not an act of terrorism, but a political motivation. James Comey said this on Friday while in Baltimore.

He said:

Terrorism is [an] act of violence done or threatens to in order to try to influence a public body or citizenry so it's more of a political act and again based on what I know so [far] I don't see it as a political act. Doesn't make it any less horrific ... but terrorism has a definition under federal law

Why FBI Director, James Comey Is Completely Wrong

1. Dylan Roof killed 9 African Americans because he believes they are taking over the country.

2. He was burning the American flag and said he hated the new America

3.He talks about starting a civil war

4.He killed a United States senator

According to the FBI website, this is the definition of terrorism :

 "Domestic terrorism" means activities with the following three characteristics:

Involve acts dangerous to human life that violate federal or state law;

Appear intended (i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population; (ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or (iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination. or kidnapping; and

Occur primarily within the territorial jurisdiction of the U.S.

Do you think Dylan Roof is a terrorist, or is FBI Director right?
