A U.S Court has put President Trump travel ban on hold. The ban was put in place to ban travellers of predominantly seven countries that are coming to the United States with Visa, and also people with Green cards.

The San Francisco-based 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals declined to remove the ban that was initially placed by a lower court, and now visitors that were initially suspended from those countries, can now travel to the United States.

Justice Department lawyers argued that the President within his constituted authority can ban entry to the United States, and the courts cannot second-guess his determination, as the step the president had taken was a prevention of terrorism from entering the United States.

The court also believes that Trump ban was based on religion, citing his campaign promise to ban all Muslims. The court said that the ban had hurt businesses, institutions and universities.

The arguments from both sides was done on Telephone, and broadcasted on cable networks, social media, and newspaper websites.

The decision by the court  have led to tearful reunion at the airport after the individuals from the seven countries, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen are now given the freeway again to enter the United States.

The president, clearly not happy with the hearing from court took to Twitter and wrote, See you in court, the security of our nation is at stake!

The organizers of the event removed Milo from the venue of the event after a some unknown 150 masked agitators came around and disrupt the already peaceful protest.

The University blamed the black-clad protesters for the disruption, as they threw, rocks, commercial-grade fireworks and Molotov cocktails at the police. The protesters also broke the glass of the Student Union building, UC Berkeley, where the event was supposed to hold.

In a statement released by UC Berkeley;

We condemn in the strongest possible terms the violence and unlawful behavior that was on display and deeply regret that those tactics will now overshadow the efforts to engage in legitimate and lawful protest against the performer's presence and perspectives.

While Yiannopoulos' views, tactics and rhetoric are profoundly contrary to our own, we are bound by the Constitution, the law, our values and the campus's Principles of Community to enable free expression across the full spectrum of opinion and perspective.

After the groups were dispersed away from the building campus, some of the protesters went downtown and smashed windows at several local banks.

An Iraqi man, Mike Hager that had come forward yesterday and said that the new immigration ban by President Donald Trump had cost the life of his mother was said to have lied.

The lies of the news was exposed by the leader of a mosque in Dearborn,Imam Husham Al-Hussainy, leader of the Karbalaa Islamic Educational Centre, after the news went viral yesterday.

                   Imam Husham Al-Hussainy, leader of the Karbalaa Islamic Educational Centre

In the news that we published yesterday, Mike had said he had gone to Iraq with his mother with some of the their relatives, but while coming, his sick mother, niece and two nephews was blocked from flying to the United States, and he was only allowed because he was a citizen, while his mother and family members only had a green card.

After the news was posted, according to FOX 2Imam Al-Hussainy called the station and told them that the mother of Mike had died five days earlier before the executive order was signed. The Imam said;

That's true. The 22nd of January, his mom died, She did die but that was a couple weeks ago - before the ban.

Mike had contacted the Imam on January 19th, and told him he was going to meet his very sick mother, that had kidney diseases. She died there and on January 22nd, another mosque in the Detroit area had a prayer session for her.

A facebook post of Mike Hager also showed that he had posted about his mom death on Facebook, but his appearance on TV deleted the Facebook post, and won't pick up his home or work phone.

The Imam also said he had voted for Donald Trump, and approved of the travel plan, and said if that is what would make the country safer, the people should allowed him do it.

The Imam called for peace and patience.

A woman had died after she was denied entry to the United States, as she was originally from Iraq. The woman according to her son had only died because the immigration denied the woman from entering the United States because of new President Trump Muslim ban.

Mike Hager, an Iraq and a local business owner in Michigan, fled Iraq during the Gulf war, he later returned during the Iraq war, and worked alongside United States Marines and Army forces as an interpreter and cultural advisor, and also survived being shot in the back while serving.

Mike was returning to the United States with his family, including his sick mother that had lived in the United States since 1995, but while at the Iraq airport, Mike was allowed to go through immigration because he was an American citizen, but his mother, a green card holder was denied entry.

His mum, Naimma, 75, was denied entry after 20 years living in the United States. Mike said;

The immigration told us that the President of the United States put an order right now - you guys cannot go.

I was just shocked. I had to put my mom back on the wheelchair and take her back and call the ambulance and she was very very upset. She knew right there if we send her back to the hospital she's going to pass away - she's not going to make it.

Naimma died in Iraq, and Mike Hager is blaming the death on Donald Trump. He said;

I really believe this in my heart: if they would have let us in, my mom - she would have made it and she would have been sitting right here next to me,

She's gone because of him.

His niece, and two nephews are still stuck in Iraq, and he has no idea when they would be allowed back to the United States, and he also said he is fearful of his own status at the moment, even though he is American.

You are fired!!!. The acting attorney general, Sally Yates has now been removed from her position on Monday after she defies the White House and refused to defend new travel ban that was placed on seven Muslim-majority nations.

The temporary ban on citizens from Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen has caused protests at the different US airport, causing chaos at different airports as border officials try putting the order into practise, a problem that spreads to the US market on Monday, making the stock dropped to its lowest in 2017, and company affected by the change spoke out against it.

Yates stood her ground on Monday when she said that the Justice department would not defend the order against court challenges, because she did not believe it would be"consistent with this institution's solemn obligation to always seek justice and stand for what is right:

After hours of her comment, Sally Yates was fired in what the House House believes is a political move, and said Yates "has betrayed the Department of Justice by refusing to enforce a legal order designed to protect the citizens of the United States"

Yates was an appointee of former Democratic President Barack Obama, and was waiting days before her replacement, as she awaits Donald Trump pick, Jeff Session, who is awaiting the senate confirmation.

Yates was immediately replaced with Dana Boente, U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, and was sworn in at 9pm ET. She would be the acting Attorney-General before Jeff Session is confirmed.

One of Donald Trump executive order has raised different protests from different parts of the country. The temporary ban on immigration for seven different countries stops people coming either as refugees, or green card holders of the United States.

After much disagreement with the ban, the White House has now explained the executive order and have asked that people with the Green card from the country will not be banned from entering the country.

While speaking to the on NBC's "Meet the press," the White House chief of staff, Reince Priebus defended the immigration ban from Muslim-majority country,he said;

 If you're an American citizen travelling back and forth to Libya, you are likely to be subjected to further questioning when you come into an airport. There is discretionary authority that a custom and border patrol agent has when they suspect that someone is up to no good when they travel back and forth to Libya or Yemen.

Priebus also said that the ban will not affect green card holders going forward, unless the traveller is considered suspicious by border officials.

General John Kelly, the secretary of homeland security who just received briefing on the travel ban on green card holders issued his own statement on Saturday. He promised to protect the rights of Green card holders by issuing a waiver that will allow them into the country, unless they are considered a threat to national security.

In applying the provisions of the president's executive order, I hereby deem the entry of lawful permanent residents to be in the national interest. Accordingly, absent the receipt of significant derogatory information indicating a serious threat to public safety and welfare, lawful permanent resident status will be a dispositive factor in our case-by-case determinations.

Benjamin Netanyahu seems overly excited with the latest administration in the US, he decided to jump on the Donald Trump Twitter bandwagon, and supported the controversial border wall.

The Israeli prime minister had no idea his tweet would be retweeted 52,000 times, and would cause an uproar home and abroad. The prime minister in recent times had faced corruption charges, but the latest tweet might have added to his low  approval rating.

Netanyahu tweeted;

A tweet he had sent in support of man of Donald Trump statement that Israel built a fence and it works, and the US-Mexico border wall will work too. Israel ha built a steel fence along its border with Egypt to stop illegal immigrants from conflict areas like Somali, Eritrea and Sudan.

The tweet from Netanyahu twitter account angered the Mexican government, which believes that the Israeli prime minister should have never have involved in such bilateral issue with his careless tweet.

Mexico foreign ministry said;

The foreign ministry expressed to the government of Israel, via its ambassador in Mexico, its profound astonishment, rejection and disappointment over Prime Minister Netanyahu's message.

Mexico is a friend of Israel and should be treated as such by its Prime Minister.

The US ambassador to Israel under the Obama administration, Dan B. Sharpiro took off the diplomatic gloves and also went to Twitter to question the motives of Netanyahu tweets. Dan tweeted;

Hard to explain this intervention on a hotly debated issue in domestic U.S. politics. Unless this endorsement is Trump's demand of Netanyahu for something Netanyahu want.

Another backlash was from the Opposition politician Yair Lapid, who is ahead of Netanyahu in recent opinion polls, was also scathing. Lapid tweeted in Hebrew;

A serious mistake by Netanyahu.

It is a needless declaration of war on Mexico and Hispanics and a rupture with the Democrats (including the majority of U.S. Jews). It doesn't matter what we think of the wall, don't we have enough troubles of our own?

In a statement by the Israel's foreign ministry;

We do not express a position on U.S.-Mexico relations.

The different sanctions on Russia put in place by the past administration of President Obama may be removed after a call between the new Trump administration and Vladmir Putin.

Donald Trump during his different campaign has said that he looks to working with the Russia government to fight international terrorism and also to boost economic ties between the two countries.

According to the Kremlin, the call between the two leaders was "positive" as both leaders discussed about the conflict in Ukraine, the peace effort between the Israelis and Palestinians, the Iran nuclear deal and the threat from the North Korea leader.

Russia President also said that the two leaders have expressed a "willingness to work actively together to stabilize and develop Russian-American cooperation on a constructive basis, as equals, and to mutual benefit," and the top priority would be to fight international terrorism.

The Kremlin also added that Donald Trump is also looking to meet with Putin soon.

The relation between the US and Russia reached all time low after Russia invaded the Ukraine's Crimean peninsula in 2014, and was also sanctioned by the European Union. The relation did not improve after the Obama administration said that Russia interfered with the election that elected Donald Trump by publishing different fake news to misinform the candidate about the Democratic candidate,Hillary Clinton.
