Donald J Trump

Former president Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, or DACA, is causing a standoff in the US Congress, and might lead to a government shutdown in 2 days if both Republicans and Democrats do not come back to a negotiation table.

The Republicans who had supported the bill arenow tossing it.

Senate majority leader Mitch McConnell on Wednesday, said that the congress would only be a spinning wheel if it voted for DACA and President Trump is not willing, and won't sign it. McConnell said; "I’m looking for something that President Trump supports and he’s not yet indicated what measure he’s willing to sign. As soon as we figure out what he is for then I would be convinced that we were not just spinning our wheels going to this issue on the floor."

President Trump in his meeting with a few members of Congress indicated that if the Democrats wants DACA deal, they must be ready to include the US-Mexico border wall to the spending bill, a move that Democrats reject, even though President Trump in his election promises had told the voters that Mexico will pay for the wall along the border.

Another twist on the wall happened on Wednesday when the White House Chief of Staff, John Kelly told the Congressional Hispanic Caucus that the promise of Trump building a wall on the Southern border shows he is uninformed, and said that the White House is no longer pursuing the US-Mexico wall policy.

Kelly also said that some areas in the border does not need a wall, and Trump probably did not know that.

A government shutdown looms in the US Congress, and might happen as early as Friday. If this happens, according to Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, it is the Republican responsibility because they control the House, and also the White House.

Democrats have vowed that it will not support a spending deal, without the DACA protection.

The DACA deal would have given 690,000 DREAMers- undocumented  people who had entered the US illegally as kids a path to citizenship. Last September, Trump said he will look to cancel the program, after it expires in March 5.

Republicans are working to keep the government afloat to Mid-February with short-term funding, but it will also need the support of nine Democrats to pass the bill. To be able to cajole the Democrats in supporting the short-term funding, and prevent a total government shutdown, Republicans are offering a six year extension to the Children’s Health Insurance Program -CHIP, a program that subsidized health insurance for kids of low income family, which is supposed to lapse in September, also Congress has now approved some funding that will keep the program going till end of the year.

Democrats will now have to choose to keep CHIP for now, or refused to end and cause a full government shut down. Minority Leader Chuck Schumer is saying that there is no going to be a deal if DACA are CHIP are not included.

London Mayor, Sadiq Khan has now responded to Donald Trump tweet that he won't be coming to the UK. The London mayor said that he"got the message" of the London people.

Mr Trump has cited the moving of the US embassy from Mayfair to Vauxhall as the reason for not going to the UK, and had instead sent the Secretary of State, Rex Tillerson to instead go on his behalf.

Sadiq Khan said that the Trump's visit would have hampered the peace in London, because of his divisive views which does not represent the view of London, or the UK. Khan in a statement said;

It appears that President Trump got the message from the many Londoners who love and admire America and Americans but find his policies and actions the polar opposite of our city’s values of inclusion, diversity and tolerance.

His visit next month would without doubt have been met by mass peaceful protests. This just reinforces what a mistake it was for Theresa May to rush and extend an invitation of a state visit in the first place. Let’s hope that Donald Trump also revisits the pursuit of his divisive agenda.

Mr Khan and Labour party leader has hinted of protests from their people if Trump makes it to the UK, and when Trump sees that he would not be welcomed to the UK, he bow out of the visit.

After long expectation and series of argument at the UK house of Common about Donald Trump official visit to the UK, the US President  today announced today via Twitter he would not be visiting the UK after all.

While citing reasons for his decision, Trump said he is not happy with the Obama administration moving the US embassy from where it was in a bad deal, only to build a new one at an off location for 1.2 billion dollars. Though report last might has said that Trump was not going to the UK because he was concerned about his popularity among the UK populace, he was concerned he was not going to be well received at the country.

He wrote;

Reason I canceled my trip to London is that I am not a big fan of the Obama Administration having sold perhaps the best located and finest embassy in London for “peanuts,” only to build a new one in an off location for 1.2 billion dollars. Bad deal. Wanted me to cut ribbon-NO!

This is another Trump tweet that is directed to past Obama administration to show complete disdain for his predecessor, because the decision to move the embassy from its previous location to the current place was done in the Bush's administration, with the administration citing security reasons.

This was done in October 2008, and according to the website of the embassy, "The project has been funded entirely by the proceeds of the sale of other US Government properties in London, not through appropriated funds."

Donald Trump has appointed Rex Tillerson to go to the opening of the new embassy instead.

The opening of the building was seen as the British government has a time the US President would want to make his first state official visit., after he was invited by the Prime minister, Theresa May on her official and first head of state to visit US President Donald Trump.

Trump has repeatedly said he would not visit the UK if he will be facing mass demonstrations, but the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan has always called out Donald Trump, and both the Mayor and the US President in the past has exchanged words over Trump's comment, including when Trump retweeted some fake videos from the leader of a group led by Jayda Fransen in UK known to harass Muslims and immigrants.

When the UK prime minister, Theresa May told Mr Trump not to retweet the anti-Muslim video, Trump responded that the PM should focus on radical Islamic terrorism ravaging the country, and not him.

There has been calls by the oppositions in the UK to cancel Trump's visit, and one of the plans for his state visit was to meet the Queen, but it was later downgraded to just "working visit" which is much less prestige.

French President Emmanuel Macron has called out the U.S, Israel and Saudi Arabia government for its conspiracy to turn the world against Iran, and trying to lead the country to war while at it. The recent protests in Iran have caused more than 50 people death and several others injured after clashes with security forces and the protesters.

The US government leader, Donald Trump has supported the protest in Iran from day 1, writing via Twitter that "Big protests in Iran. The people are finally getting wise as to how their money and wealth is being stolen and squandered on terrorism. Looks like they will not take it any longer. The USA is watching very closely for human rights violations!"

Macron while speaking to Reuters said the "The official line pursued by the United States, Israel and Saudi Arabia, who are our allies in many ways, is almost one that would lead us to war. He then added " It was a deliberate strategy for some"

Donald Trump before assuming office has been against the Obama path in negotiating peace with Iran. One of Obama's legacy with Iran was to make sure that Iran does not have any nuclear weapon, and with other countries created the Iran's nuclear deal, something Trump has decertified, and has also pointed fingers to the Tehran government that it support terrorism in the Middle-East, and would also increase sanctions on Iran. Trump also included Iran in his travel ban also.

Israel on the other end has seen Trump new foreign policy has a welcome development. Benjamin Netanyahu government has opposed to the Iran nuclear deal of President Obama. Iran as a country has supported the Palestianian (Hamas) and Lebanese groups that have been staunchly haters of the state of Israel. Even has forces supported by Iran has won the battle against rebels and JIhadist trying to take control of Syria, Israel has said it does not like Iran presence in the neighbouring country.

Israel has now called for assistance with another U.S ally, Saudi Arabia, despite Saudi Arabia not fully recognizing the Jewish states. Israel is trying to bank on the phrase, the enemy of my enemy is my friend, to help fight the Iranian government, even though both Saudi Arabia and Iran are both Muslim nations, their differences in ideology has allow a long term hate between the two nations.

The French President is now calling for dialogue between the countries, "Otherwise, we will end up surreptitiously rebuilding an 'axis of evil'." Macron also said that pressure could be applied to Iran, but dialogue should never be off the table.

The White House’s National Security Adviser H.R. McMaster has warned Russia it will pay a huge price for supporting the Iran regime.

The recent demonstrations by the Iranians have received support from the US President Trump and also the US UN ambassador Nikki Haley, calling the Iranian government should listen to its people and allow them to protest.

Speaking at a programme on Voice of America, H.R. McMaster said that both Russians and the US need to be on the same page to help the people of Iran get rid of their government. He said;

What we have seen recently is it seems as if Russia will actually act against its interests to spite the United States, the West, our European allies. How can it be in Russia’s interest to help empower Iran from the Middle East? They’re going to pay a huge price for that.

Every state, every Arab state certainly, should recognize what Russia has been doing and Russia should pay the price in terms of its reputation, its access to the region for what it is doing to enable Iran and Iran’s very destructive activities. Russia shouldn’t give cover and support to Iran so it can continue its nefarious designs across the region.

22 people have died since the protests in Iran.

Steve Bannon was President Trump loyalist and also was a Chief Strategist before he was fired from the White house. He used to be the Executive Chairman of an online publication, Breitbart News, an alt-right news website.

Trump and Steve Bannon used to be great friends until yesterday when a book, Fire and Fury: Inside the White House, were leaked, and later unofficially released on Wednesday. The book written by Author and media critic Michael Wolff, dive deep into the administration and campaign for President Donald Trump.

Wolff had access to the West Wing of the White House, so he was able to document all his time from the Election Day to this past October. In the book contains 18 months of conversations, interviews, with President Donald Trump and his White House senior staff members.

Ivanka Trump Ambition Over Hillary Clinton

Ivanka Trump is one of Trump's senior staff with no clear roles in the White House. Ivanka has travelled and also had received more invitation to state functions outside US than the current US Secretary of State, Rex Tillerson.

While Hillary Clinton was looking to break the ceiling and become the first lady president of the United States, Ivanka Trump is also nursing the same idea of becoming the first woman president, In the book Michael revealed;

Jared and Ivanka had made an earnest deal between themselves: if sometime in the future the time came, she'd be the one to run for president (or the first one of them to take the shot). The first woman president, Ivanka entertained, would not be Hillary Clinton, it would be Ivanka Trump.

Trump And Ann Coulter

In the book, it shows that far-right commentator, Ann Coulter had told President Trump never to hire any of his kids. Ann Coulter took the President-elect aside and said "Nobody is apparently telling you this,” she told him. “But you can’t. You just can’t hire your children."

Trump did not take Ann's advise as he would later go on to hire Ivanka Trump and her husband to the administration.

Trump's Food Poisoning

The book also revealed that President Trump is scared of food poisoning. He believes there are people out there looking to poison is food, and this is why he goes to McDonalds unannounced to get his food, since nobody knows he was coming, and the food is already premade.

A lot of Americans have debated the fact that President Trump does not like to read, with some saying maybe he can't read. In the passage, there is a passage that says that Trump don't like reading any reports given to him. He does not even skim the documents, because he believes on his expertise about the subject, no matter how irrelevant it is to anybody in the room.

Crude Comment On Hope Hicks

Hope Hicks, White House Communications Director and longtime aide also got a crude remark from Trump. According to the excerpt in the book;

Shortly after [former campaign manager Corey] Lewandowski, with whom Hicks had an on-and-off romantic relationship, was fired in June 2016 for clashing with Trump family members, Hicks sat in Trump Tower with Trump and his sons, worrying about Lewandowski's treatment in the press and wondering aloud how she might help him. Trump, who otherwise seemed to treat Hicks in a protective and even paternal way, looked up and said, "Why? You've already done enough for him. You're the best piece of tail he'll ever have," sending Hicks running from the room.

Trump Set Up His Friends To Have Sex With Their Wives

The Book also shows how Trump will convince the wives of his friends by telling them that their husbands are adulterers, only to invite his friends, and tell them that there are girls in other floors, while putting the phone on speakerphone as their  wives listen on the speaker at the other end.

Trump liked to say that one of the things that made life worth living was getting your friends' wives into bed. In pursuing a friend's wife, he would try to persuade the wife that her husband was perhaps not what she thought. Then he'd have his secretary ask the friend into his office; once the friend arrived, Trump would engage in what was, for him, more or less constant sexual banter. Do you still like having sex with your wife? How often? You must have had a better fuck than your wife? Tell me about it. I have girls coming in from Los Angeles at three o'clock. We can go upstairs and have a great time. I promise...And all the while, Trump would have his friend's wife on the speakerphone, listening in.

Former Fox News chief Roger Ailes On Israel

Pivoting from Trump himself, Bannon plunged on with the Trump agenda. “Day one we’re moving the U.S. Embassy to Jerusalem. Netanyahu’s all-in. Sheldon”—Adelson, the casino billionaire and far-right Israel defender—“is all-in. We know where we’re heading on this … Let Jordan take the West Bank, let Egypt take Gaza. Let them deal with it. Or sink trying.”

“Where’s Donald on this?” asked Ailes, the clear implication being that Bannon was far out ahead of his benefactor.

“He’s totally onboard.”

“I wouldn’t give Donald too much to think about,” said an amused Ailes.

Bannon snorted. “Too much, too little—doesn’t necessarily change things.”

“What has he gotten himself into with the Russians?” pressed Ailes.

“Mostly,” said Bannon, “he went to Russia and he thought he was going to meet Putin. But Putin couldn’t give a shit about him. So he’s kept trying.”

Trump Is A (expletive) Idiot -Fox News CEO Rupert Murdoch called Trump

Fox News CEO Rupert Murdoch over the years have been known not to be a 100% fan of Trump, also Murdoch knows that going against Trump will result to going against his profit in the News business, and losing a lot of conservative viewers. So Murdoch does the best thing to do, he ally with Trump.

In a phone call with Murdoch after meeting with the Silicon Valley CEO, Murdoch called Trump a f****idiot. Read excerpt from the book;

On December 14, a high-level delegation from Silicon Valley came to Trump Tower to meet him. Later that afternoon, according to a source privy to details of the conversation, Trump called Rupert Murdoch, who asked him how the meeting had gone.

“Oh, great, just great,” said Trump. “These guys really need my help. Obama was not very favorable to them, too much regulation. This is really an opportunity for me to help them.”

“Donald,” said Murdoch, “for eight years these guys had Obama in their pocket. They practically ran the administration. They don’t need your help.”

“Take this H-1B visa issue. They really need these H-1B visas.”

Murdoch suggested that taking a liberal approach to H-1B visas, which open America’s doors to select immigrants, might be hard to square with his promises to build a wall and close the borders. But Trump seemed unconcerned, assuring Murdoch, “We’ll figure it out.”

“What a fucking idiot,” said Murdoch, shrugging, as he got off the phone.

Trump Was Not Expecting To Win, He Assured Melania

Like everybody else outside the US, Trump would lose the election. He had thought losing would also mean winning and to members of his team. In an excerpt in the book;

Not only did Trump disregard the potential conflicts of his own business deals and real-estate holdings, he audaciously refused to release his tax returns. Why should he? Once he lost, Trump would be both insanely famous and a martyr to Crooked Hillary. His daughter Ivanka and son-in-law Jared would be international celebrities. Steve Bannon would become the de facto head of the tea-party movement. Kellyanne Conway would be a cable-news star. Melania Trump, who had been assured by her husband that he wouldn’t become president, could return to inconspicuously lunching. Losing would work out for everybody. Losing was winning.

Michael Flynn Believes Trump Would Lose Too

Mike Flynn, Trump's future National Security Adviser, who became Trump's opening act at campaign rallies and whom Trump loved to hear complain about the CIA and the haplessness of American spies, had been told by friends that it had not been a good idea to take $45,000 from the Russians for a speech. "Well, it would only be a problem if he won," he assured them, knowing that it would therefore not be a problem."

Trump known for not backing down against critics also went against his former friend, he said;

Steve Bannon has nothing to do with me or my Presidency. When he was fired, he not only lost his job, he lost his mind. Steve was a staffer who worked for me after I had already won the nomination by defeating seventeen candidates, often described as the most talented field ever assembled in the Republican party.

Now that he is on his own, Steve is learning that winning isn’t as easy as I make it look. Steve had very little to do with our historic victory, which was delivered by the forgotten men and women of this country. Yet Steve had everything to do with the loss of a Senate seat in Alabama held for more than thirty years by Republicans. Steve doesn’t represent my base—he’s only in it for himself.

Steve pretends to be at war with the media, which he calls the opposition party, yet he spent his time at the White House leaking false information to the media to make himself seem far more important than he was. It is the only thing he does well. Steve was rarely in a one-on-one meeting with me and only pretends to have had influence to fool a few people with no access and no clue, whom he helped write phony books.

We have many great Republican members of Congress and candidates who are very supportive of the Make America Great Again agenda. Like me, they love the United States of America and are helping to finally take our country back and build it up, rather than simply seeking to burn it all down.

Trump lawyers have now issued a cease-and-desist letter to Steve Bannon. Steve has been accused of violating his non-disclosure agreement signed during his time in the White House.

Donald Trump might be seeing one of his enemies soon in the senate after Orin Hatch announced his retirement. Mitt Romney has recently changed his bio on Twitter after the Hatch announced his retirement at the end of the year.

After the announcement, Mitt Romney changed his location from Massachusetts to Holladay, Utah. While the new change might look as of no big deal on a normal day on Twitter, there has been rumour of Mitt Romney running for the open Utah seat in the case of Hatch retirement.

                           Old twitter profile VS New twitter profile of Mitt Romney

Donald Trump and Mitt Romney are not close pals, even though the two Republicans met after Trump's victory for dinner, while looking to make Romney secretary of state, which later backfired.

In the run up to the 2016 election, Romney said;

Donald Trump is a phony, a fraud. His promises are as worthless as a degree from Trump University. He's playing the American public for suckers: He gets a free ride to the White House and all we get is a lousy hat.

This is one of the reasons that Trump was pushing for Hatch to run again for the eighth time for his seat.

According to the polls, Romney has great chances of winning in the election, but this is not a good news for Trump, but Republicans are also looking to win more seats in 2018 after losing one of their major seats to Democrat Doug Jones in Alabama.

After 2 years of phone dormancy between the South and North Korea government, the North Korea has finally established a phone conversation that lasted for 20minutes on Wednesday.

The talks between both countries could lead to a new diplomatic breakthrough between the two countries. The call was initiated on Wednesday, 3:30 p.m. local to 3:50 p.m. local time (South Korea is half an hour ahead of North Korea) after the North Korea supreme leader ordered the opening at the line at the exact time.

In the 20minute conversation, the two sides check technical issues onthe communication line, and South Korea are awaiting another possible second call at the Panmunjom hotline as it is likely that the North might call again during the week working hours.

This is the beginning of seeing through to his words after his New year speech, and expressing hope that the North Koreans would participate in the next month's Winter Olympics, that will be held at the Winter's Olympics.

The relationship between the North and South Korea in recent times has been warm, and the South Korean President Moon Jae-In had called for a swift meeting of his cabinets that will allow the North Koreans to participate in the Olympics.

The US who in the past has been a mediator between the North and South government don't seem to be working fine at the moment after the current US President Donald Trump keep tweeting provocative tweets to the nuclear country, and don't seem to be working towards peace.

In his new year address, the leader of North Korea, Kim Jong-Un had said that he had a nuclear button on his table, and he would use it if the US tries to invade his country.

In a response to the North Korea president, President Trump went on Twitter to tell the world that he had a bigger Nuclear Button, and it is bigger than the one in North Korea, and he also said that his own button is bigger than the one in North Korea.

One of South Korean President Moon Jae-In during the campaign was to seek a peaceful resolution between the North and South Korean government if elected, and is working towards seeing that happen, even though the US president Trump seems not to be helping issues.
