I received a call from my Son best friend in Dubai. I was surprised as to why he called me. I asked him about Tyler and he said " I am sorry Ma, Tyler passed,he fell from the Balcony"
I told him on the phone that "When the ambulance comes, tell them not to move him, i am about calling my pastors to pray for him and you should start praying for him as well". His friend told me that he fell from a 17th storey building because he was swinging back and forth before falling to his death. Looking at the building, it's doubtful that someone would be swinging back and forth from that high, so I did not believe the story. With Tyler that day are 5 of his friends and I was told gave the same account of him falling from the 17 floor of the building and therefore the police ruled out a further investigation.

I have contacted some lawyers back in England and was told Dubai is a police state and only public prosecution is allowed. Public means I can't go ahead and demand for justice unless the Nigeria Government demands for it. Tyler mum, Aisha Falode speaks to the press(Sahara reporters)
How did Tyler Die?
According to Tyler's mum...A Saudi Arabian boy called Faisal Aldakmary Al-Nasser and his girlfriend Olivia Richards Evans had been in a fight at the club they all visited that night. And all the friends had boarded different taxis back home. But when Toba Falode (Tyler) got home, he met Faisal and Olivia at the entrance of his room, not suspecting anything, they all went in together. After a while, Faizal, Tyler and Olivia moved to the balcony to help resolve issues between Olivia and Faizal, while the other 3 friends stayed back in the room. Few minutes both Olivia and Faizal came back only to announce that Tyler had fallen from the balcony.
Blood was said to be on Faisal shirt at that time and a few cuts on him and blood on his knuckles, and he keeps assuring all 5 friends not to worry and that he got it all covered and ready to do the 25 years maximum in prison. He keeps saying this to the friends that he will go to jail and spend 25 years.

Looking at the crime scene, it shows that my boy was pushed from the balcony, the distance from a boy swinging and someone pushed won't have much of a distance. My boy was found on the sidewalk away from the building demarcation. Surprisingly, police allowed Faisal to walk away with the blood-stained shirt without getting it for evidence, he was allowed to walk away with that shirt.
Faizal family have different investment in Dubai, which means they are very rich people. So this is another reason to cover up Faizal death, Aisha Falode explains
The Nigerian Embassy in Dubai
The Nigerian Embassy have not been much of a help to it's citizens. When I met with the ambassador of Nigeria in Dubai, i was told that my son is just number 5 of the Nigerians that died a similar death that same week.
What information have the Nigerian Embassy passed out to parents sending their kids to Dubai? When they have such information, I think they should share the news to parents that are thinking of bringing their kids to Dubai. That is one of the reasons for embassy in a country. People should know that there is a dark side in Dubai. And the glittering and beautiful building is what they want the world to see. Aisha Falode said.
I want to get this information out and get justice for my son. I dont want to visit Dubai again, but i want to do this for Nigerian youth and let them know what is going on in Dubai.

The police have denied access to the CCTV around the building has they claimed it was not capturing at that moment.Also we discover that the log book have been tampered with as some name were altered. Also one of the security guard that we could talk to as he was on the night shift on the day of the incident was transferred away from that building after the incident which means nobody can give us information about what happened as well

Is the Dubai police covering up the murder of Tyler? Why would they altered the log book and told the mom the CCTV in the building never captured the entrance or people and when they leave.
