Chief Olu Falae Released

Chief Olu Falae, a former presidential candidate has been released today. Falae was released and dropped off at Owo town in Ondo state after an intense interrogation with his kidnappers.

The media aide to Governor Mimiko, Eni Akinsola, confirmed the release of Chief Falae, but declined to comment on how much the government or family paid to the abductors, he directed all security related issues to security agencies.

                     

Chief Olu Falae was kidnapped on his 77th birthday while he was going to the farm in Akure, Ondo state by unknown gunmen.
