Another Unarmed African-American is being shot dead by police in Phoenix, Rumain Brisbon. Rumain was said to be delivering foods to his four kids, and was apprehended by the police who was said are currently investigating a drug dealer that sells drug from a truck that looks like Rumain's truck.
A struggle ensued between the police office and Rumain and he was shot twice by the police. Friends are family have been sending out their condolences to the family of Rumain Brisbon and friends claimed the young man is a peace loving and easy going man and only wants to be their for his kids.
The police in USA are currently in the news for killing unarmed black men in recent times. Some of the recent killings involve Eric Garner and Michael Brown. The officers involved in both shootings are currently set free and won't be facing any court charges.
