William Leonard Roberts II, also knows as Rick Ross, 39 is being arrested for marijuana possession. He was arrested on Wednesday in Georgia, according to the Fayette County Sheriff's office.
Rick Ross was pulled over for a window tint violation around 4pm on Highway 279 in Georgia. Deputies walk to his car, smelled marijuana, and after searching his car, placed him under arrest for possession. He was there till 11pm according to official at the Fayette county jail.
Rick Ross representatives are yet to release any statement about the incident. Rick Ross is the CEO of Maybach music group (MMG), the label that houses other rappers like Wale and Meek Mill.
