The Nigeria U-20 team won the African youth championship cup for the seventh time. The boys beat the Senegalese team to win the title.The game took place at the Stade Léopold Sédar Senghor, Dakar, and the match referee was Joshua Bondo of Botswana.
The only goal of the match was scored by Bernard Bulbwa in the 17th minutes.
