Watch Nigerian Police Extort Money From Omoyele Sowore Of Sahara Reporters

You know a lawyer is having a bad day, when he slapped someone 15minutes ago, only to appear in court and find out the lady he slapped was the judge presiding on his case, probably the case supposed to be a game changer.

The Nigerian police has been plagued with corruption and extortion in the past, and analyst has said the extortion will continue to be one of the motto of the Nigerian police. So in a recent stop and search at a checkpoint, the Nigerian police again obeys their motto, corruption and extortion, they had stopped the founder of Sahara reporters/Sahara Tv.

Sahara TV and  Sahara reporters are like the FBI of Nigeria government and have been putting them in check and are not controlled by the Nigerian state. The country operates in New York, USA. The owner of the internet TV has gone to Nigeria and was stopped by some policemen on duty who won't let him leave till he pay them.

At the end of the video, you can see policemen harassing him, while he stopped them and gave them what looks like two 500 Nairas too before he was allowed to leave.

I am not saying the policemen had a bad day when they got the money, but they might soon be having a bad year.
