Kandal Province, Cambodia: A Frenchman with a tourist visa in Cambodia,  Bernard Louis Francois Soudeller, 55 has been arrested for allegedly raping minors. The foreigner was arrested after a joint task's effort from the Department of anti-human trafficking and juvenile protection.

      

Bernard was arrested after a complaint from  Ms Leng Sokny (the victim's mother), who said the foreigner had carnal knowledge of his 12 year old son. After Bernard was arrested, 11 other parents had come forward to attest to the fact that he had carnal knowledge of their kids.

        

Mr. Sao Lin, the director of the juvenile protection office of anti-human trafficking and juvenile protection department said:

On 17 June, 2015, the French suspect name Bernard Louis Francois Soudeller, male, 55 years old, accused of having sex with minor was sent to Phnom Penh court on 18 June 2015 to be condemned following Cambodia’s law. 

After the French guy was arrested, many victim’s parents living in Koh Khel village, Koh Khel commune, Saang commune, Kandal province came to file complaint against him. Police found out that there were 11 victims more, so in total there 13 kids that had been sexually abused by the French man. They are age from 7 to 13 years old

         

The foreigner was arrested around 3:00pm on the 15th of June at Koh Khel village, Koh Khel commune, Saang district, Kandal province by a team of police from the provincial anti-human trafficking and the juvenile protection department of ministry of interior led by General Na Neang, deputy director of the department.
