Former President Trump National security adviser, Michael Flynn was reported to have met with Turkish official to hold an extradition plan that will see fugitive Turkish cleric, Fethullah Gulen handed over to Turkish Pres. Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

Former CIA Director James Woolsey confirmed he attended the meeting with officials from right-wing party members of Erdogan, promising that the cleric will be extradited to Turkey once Donald Trump assume his role as the president of the United States.

The "dead of the night" operation was to circumvent US extradition laws, and the meeting took place on September 19th, Woolsey said he was startled at the operation as it startled into potential illegal territory. Woolsey said;

A covert step in the dead of night to whisk this guy away.Gulen is wanted in Turkey for allegedly aiding last summer’s failed military coup against the Erdogan regime.

It isn’t known who raised the idea or what Mr. Flynn concluded about it.

Flynn was asked to step down from Trump's administration, 26 days after Donald Trump assume the role of President, after it was revealed that he lied to Vice-president, Michael Pence about his conversation with Russian ambassador Sergey Kislyak.

Russia President Vlamdmir Putin has sent his condolences to the Turkish army after an airstrike killed 3 Turkish soldiers.

The airstrike had hit a building near the town of al-Bab, believed to contain ISIS operatives, but instead contains Turkish troops. The friendly fire also injured eleven others.

            

The Turkish troops were reported to be helping a Syrian rebel that is fighting to capture al-Bab from ISIS fighters. Both the Turkish and Russian have both been helping the Syrians capture most of their towns from ISIS rebels and fighters, and have both been conducting air strikes on ISIS fighters.

Vladmir Putin in a phone conversation with his Turkish counterpart, Recep Tayyip Erdogan  "expressed condolences over a tragic incident which resulted in the deaths of several Turkish troops in the al-Bab area"

Putin also said that poor communication between Moscow and Ankara was said to have caused the loss of the troops, Putin said.

Both sides have also promised to start an investigation into the issue.

The Turkish military has claimed to have taken over the country, and have gone on killing spree by firstly attacking the special forces headquarters in Ankara, killing 17 policemen in the attack.

                    

The Turkish parliament is also not spared as tanks have been used to bring down the building into rubbles. Also MPs of different party has surrounded the building in protest, and have told the soldiers they will not be leaving the building.

Also the coup is facing defeat from general public as protesters are asking the soldiers to leave the Bosphorus Bridge "or else", also protesters are in a face off with the military at the Taksim Square in Istanbul.

The Turkish people have also took to the state run TV to get it back from the soldiers after it was seized by the coup plotters. Addressing the nation via Facetime with CNN, Tayyip Erdoğan denounce the coup, and also show the Turkish police arresting coup plotters.

                          

While speaking to CNN, Erdoğan said that the Army chain of command is disrupted, and he promise to bring a change to it. He added;

I urge the Turkish people to gather at public squares and airports. There is no power higher than the power of the people.

An army commander has ordered all soldiers of the Third Army back to their bases of face prosecution
