British Drug Smuggler Dead In Cambodia, Cousin Hospitalized

Martin Stephen Hale, 34, from Northern Ireland has died of a drug overdose in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. He died at a cheap guest house, Happy House Guesthouse, of substance abuse while with his cousin,  Dean William McWilliams.

                  

Dean William McWilliams was with Martin when he overdosed on drugs, and he was also rushed to the hospital, as he seems to have used heroin as well. He is currently receiving treatment at the Calmetter hospital for substance abuse too.

Martin Stephen Hale was arrested in 2013 with 2 others in Northern Ireland after he conspire with two others to supply Class B drug, worth £400k, the package was intercepted by the police.
