David Beckham has recently surprised a family in California recently with a donation of $100,000. David Beckham who, was on live TV as part of Ryan Seacrest's new TV show, Knock Knock Live.
The former footballer appeared, looking all handsome at the door of the family, who appeared surprised to see him at their doorstep can't contain their joy, especially the mother, as she keeps jumping up for joy and smiling.
When the screaming stops, David Beckham explains why he was with the family, he said :
I’m here for a few reasons. One of the main reasons why I'm here is I was told about your family and I was very honoured to come down here and to be welcomed into your home and actually meet you one-on-one.
He then handed over a brand new 7 iPhone 6 to the family...
David Beckham now continues with the most surprising gift ever, he handed an envelope to the lady saying;
I've heard how much you work, I've heard what an amazing family together you are, you're such a tight-knit family. So thanks to my friends at Sprint, I have this for you.
Tears of joy and hugging follows afterwards and the family is happy they can live happily.
Mr Beckham said :
Giving the cheque for $100k, you can see it means so much to them. You can see it has literally changing their lives. I'm very fortunate in my life, and to be able to do this for this family that works so hard, it is an amazing feeling.
Mr Gonzalez was a professional footballer in Mexico, but had to give up his professional career to take up a job at the construction site to be able to make ends meet for the family.
