The young girl was pregnant, after a relative,Robert Joseph Cayald, 22, raped her in August 2012 in the 1200 block of North Masters Drive, near Lake June Road, according to an affidavit. The girl who told police she was virgin at the time of the assault could not tell anyone of the assault because she was embarrassed.

The girl's relatives found out she was pregnant between January and March 2013, and was concerned about Child protective services taking the child away. To avoid this, Sharon Jones gave the child different control pill to be able to remove the baby, but since all the pills won't work, she resulted into torturing the baby out of the girl womb by force.

According to the affidavit, Cecila McDonald held the hand of the girl, while Lonell Mcdonald repeatedly bounced up and down while on the girl's abdomen, and also kicking the girl repeatedly.

The woman who helped the victim report the crime to the police said that the girl was crying in extreme pain, while Sharon told her to "Shut Up" and cried into the pillow in a torture that lasted for almost 6 hours.

After the baby was removed, the family then burns the baby in a charcoal grill, but the baby was not totally burnt, so Sharon then asked Cedric to take care of the unfinished part, which he then packed the remaining into a plastic bag and throw it away in an unknown location, after he had collected $25.
