A 27-year-old Moroccan had suffocated after his brother, 34 tries to smuggle him into Spain using a suitcase inside the trunk of a car. The brother who had boarded the ferry legally, boarded the ferry linking to Melilla, a small Spanish territory in North Africa, and Almeria in Southern Spain.
But while crossing, the man noticed that his younger brother is no longer breathing, and he alerted the ferry staff.
The emergency services staff and crew tried to resuscitate the man at the port of Almeria, but all effort were in Vain.
Police had arrested the brother for involuntary manslaughter.
