Oh No: Thierry Henry Retires From Professional Football

The Arsenal legend, King of football, Igwe as fondly called by Nigeria Fans and the man that makes the best defender shivers on sight, Thierry Henry, is retiring from professional football. Posting on his Facebook account. The footballer appreciates everybody that had played with him, the fans, the football clubs and the national team. 

                 

The 37 year old player will not be playing with the MLS team, Redbull, after they had been out of the league. After much consideration, Henry will be working on some media project and won't be taking on club management as speculated by fans.

      

Thierry Henry had played in the English Premier league, the Spanish league, Italian league, French league and the MLS. Names of football clubs are Arsenal (1992-1997), Barcelona(2007-2010), AS Monaco (1992-1999), New York Red Bull(2010-2014), Juventus and the French national team.
