Phnom Penh, Cambodia: Authorities from Phnom Penh have arrested a German national, Udo Theodor Symon, 57 years old living in Tangov Park Borey, Niroad commune, Chabar Ampov district. The man was arrested after a complaint from the 9 year old boy's mother, who is Symon's housekeeper.
The 9 year old primary school boy told his mother what Symon did to him after she had gone to the market to get something, leaving the boy in the house with her boss, Udo Theodor Symon. The boy was seduced by Symon after he tricked him into playing games, then he performed oral sex on him.
Reacting to the news, the district police chief said :
After we had a complaint filed from the victim, we arrested him. He was sent to the anti-human trafficking police station for questioning.
Symon was arrested around 10:30am on the 16th of June, 2015 at the Beton Street, Tangov village, Niroad commune, Chabar Ampov district. He is the CEO of FX Animation studio, Cambodia
