Police In Vietnam Arrest Man Who Killed 16 Dogs

Da Nang, Vietnam: Police in Da Nang have arrested a suspect, Trinh Ngoc Thai Binh, 44, who allegedly with Nguyen Van Vinh, 23, killed 16 dogs in Quang Nam pronvice, Central Vietnam. The duo was first apprehended in Quang Nam after forest rangers suspected the car used in the operation.

Seeing that Vinh was arrested, Binh, who was trailing him with a motorbike sped off the scene and has since been wanted by the police after Vnh's confession. 

Vinh, who had been singing to cops like a canary said, they had killed the dogs using stun guns in Dong Giang Dist., Quang Nam, the previous night.

The police in Da nang have now arrested Binh, and have handed him over to Quang Nam authority to help with the case. 

Binh is also helping with the case after he admitted to have stolen the dogs. Binh had been convicted for dog theft in the past.
