The Cambodia police have arrested a Russian man on Wednesday, 29th of July in his Keo Earn Guest house, located in group #7, village #3, and commune #4, Sihanoukville. The man who the police said had mental issues possesses different knives numbering 7 and 1 scissors. Also during the investigation, police found out out the man is having mental issues.

The man is currently in the immigration department and will be facing deportation back to his home country.
