Police have arrested a man, Eduardo Oviedo, 66, for locking up his 61-year-old wife and 31-year-old Autistic son in a cage for years and making them eat dog food and drink gasoline. According to prosecutors, the victims were tied up with chains and rope in a small bricks, wood and metal bar structure.

Oviedo, who was a former construction worker pass food through the metal bar structure, and force the boy to eat animal food and drink gasoline, remains of what police found in the structure were they where being held.
The police were tipped-off by relatives of what was happening, and they took action to raid his home in the Argentine beach resort of Mar del Plata and arrested Oviedo. The boy could barely speak, and the wife is reported to be having mental problems too.

Oviedo will be charged with kidnapping and keeping and enslaving his own family, and could be looking at 15 years in prison, but as more investigation reveals what happened, he might be looking at spending the rest of his life in prison.
Oviedo himself will undergo psychiatric tests. Investigators are not sure how many years the mother and son had been in that condition.
