This boy named Le Doan Chi Khang aka Cu Bin. He got lost at 2pm yesterday May 20. He is under 3 and living with his family in D7, expand to D4 & D8 in the area of Him Lam bridge, Rach Ong bridge, Nguyen Thi Thap St., Tran Xuan Soan St.
