U.S Court Keep Trump's Ban On Hold

A U.S Court has put President Trump travel ban on hold. The ban was put in place to ban travellers of predominantly seven countries that are coming to the United States with Visa, and also people with Green cards.

The San Francisco-based 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals declined to remove the ban that was initially placed by a lower court, and now visitors that were initially suspended from those countries, can now travel to the United States.

Justice Department lawyers argued that the President within his constituted authority can ban entry to the United States, and the courts cannot second-guess his determination, as the step the president had taken was a prevention of terrorism from entering the United States.

The court also believes that Trump ban was based on religion, citing his campaign promise to ban all Muslims. The court said that the ban had hurt businesses, institutions and universities.

The arguments from both sides was done on Telephone, and broadcasted on cable networks, social media, and newspaper websites.

The decision by the court  have led to tearful reunion at the airport after the individuals from the seven countries, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen are now given the freeway again to enter the United States.

The president, clearly not happy with the hearing from court took to Twitter and wrote, See you in court, the security of our nation is at stake!
