A nurse in a public hospital in Northern Vietnam is currently undergoing investigations, and might soon be waving goodbye to her job. The nurse, Duong Thi Hoa was photographed using her smartphone to access Facebook by a man who had brought his wife to the hospital due to an abdominal pain, but instead of encouraging the woman, and helping her ease the pain, Hoa allegedly told the woman;
“This is not the place to moan. If you need to moan, go to the emergency room.”

Aside from the woman suffering from pain, other patients were waiting for a medical personnel assistance, but Hoa turned a blind eyes, and keep scrolling through her Facebook account, while smiling to herself.
In the picture the man gave to local news media, Hoa can be seen playing with her smartphone while an elderly woman waited for her to help check her blood pressure, and the man claimed she was "disrespectful"
Guilty Or Innocent
Duong Thi Hoa has admitted that she was using her phone that morning while patients were waiting. The director of the hospital, Nguyen Van Hoa said it is investigating the complaint, and the hospital will send her to a new task while investigation continues.
The director said;
If it’s all true, she will be strictly punished. She can be even dismissed.
