Prime Minister of the UK, David Cameron announced that Royal Air Force on August 21st have killed three ISIS fighters, which includes two Britons, including one plotting "murder on our streets".
Reeyad Khan from Cardiff – and Ruhul Amin – from Aberdeen were among the three ISIS fighters killed in the ISIS capital of Raqqa. Reeyad Khan was the target of the drone strike after he threatens barbaric attack against commemorations in the UK this summer.
ISIS has threatened to commit an attack in Central London against world war II parade that was also attended by the queen.
Ruhul Amin also died in the attack, but no civilians died in the attack. Addressing MPs for the first time since their summer break, David Cameron said;
If there is a direct threat to the British people and we are able to stop it taking immediate action then as Prime Minister I will take that action. We were exercising the UK's inherent right to self-defence. There was clear evidence of the individuals in question planning and directing armed attacks against the UK.
These were part of a series of actual and foiled attempts to attack the UK and our allies.
And in the prevailing circumstances in Syria, the airstrike was the only feasible means of effectively disrupting the attacks planned and directed by this individual.
So it was necessary and proportionate for the individual self-defence of the UK.
