Court In Makurdi Annulled David Mark Election

The former senate president of Nigeria, David Mark has been removed from the Senate. David Mark and his opponent from the All progressive congress, Daniel Ojeh had gone to court over the senatorial election in Benue, which Daniel accuses David of rigging the election.

According to local media, the court of appeal has finally sacked David Mark from his position, as the court of appeal annulled the election that saw him won the election.
