Two explosions have gone off at the diplomatic zone of the Afghan capital in Kabul as the US Secretary Of State, John Kerry Visits Afghanistan today. The secretary was in a meeting with the Afghan president, Ashraf Ghani when the blast went off.
Gunshots were later heard after the explosion went off, but the police have not given an official account of what causes the explosion.
