Another Black Man, Alton Sterlin Shot By Police At Baton Rogue

Anton Sterlin, a 37 year old, African-American has just been killed by Baton Rogue police officer on Tuesday while selling CD outside of a convenience store on North Foster drive. According to a witness who was also a shop owner, Abdullah Muflahi, said the police were "aggressive", and said, though Sterlin was armed, but he was not holding his gun or touching his pocket at the time of the altercation.

                    

Around 12:35am, Baton Rogue officers responded to a Triple S Food Mart at 2112 N. Foster drive, after an anonymous caller called about a man in red shirt pointing his gun at someone and asking them to leave the property,  Baton Rogue police department spokesperson, Cpl. L'Jean Mckneely said.

In a 48 second video capture by a bystander, it shows the officer pin down Sterlin, and later fired a shot into the man's chest outside what appears to be in front of the Triple S store, then it was followed by another four shots as the camera was then taken away.

According to the autopsy result performed on Tuesday, Sterlin was said to have died due to a homicide and suffered multiple gunshot to his chest and back.

In the video that have since went viral among protesters, an officer could be heard yelling "Get on the ground! Get on the ground!

The officer can then be seen pulling the man's left arm and press him down to the ground, his right arm could not be seen in the video. 

He's got a gun!! gun, an officer shout, prompting the other officer to draw his weapon from the holster.

"You f*** move, i swear to God" says an officer, while the second officer points the gun to his chest, there is a flash from the officer weapon, accompanied by sound of shots.
