Forbes has released their annual reports of the richest hip-hop artistes for 2016. The richest artiste for the year is P.Diddy, worth $750M. Diddy is living off his 2015 mixtape, Money making mitch (MMM), Ciroc vodka, Sean John, Revolt and Aquahydrate.

Dr Dre is the second on the list with a net worth of $710M, thanks to the sale of Beats by Dr Dre, the biopic released last year, Straight outta Compton and a portfolio of Southern CA real estate.

                     

Jay-Z is the third on the list with a net worth of $610M, thanks to his newly acquired TIDAL, though started rough for the business mogul, but it is now worth 3x more than he acquired ($56m) the service.

When Birdman said "Put a Respeck on my name" when he was at the breakfast club, at least we now know the man knows what he is saying. Standing on the number four of the richest hip-hop artiste of 2016 is Birdman, CEO of Cash money records.

Even though Birdman lost $30 of his fortune due to trouble in his label, the mogul was able to climb up the list by a spot in 2016.

Welcoming the newest member to the list of richest rappers. Drake, has just made the list in 2016. The money was earned via his music, touring, and multi-million dollar paycheck from sprite, Nike and Apple.

               

Birdman is not happy with the breakfast club host, Charlamagne Da god, Angela Yee and DJ Envy. He accused the radio host of not respecting him and his name, and he doesn't want to take the matter to the street, and therefore is meeting with the men to discuss the issue.

                      

He walked to the studio with some of his henchmen, and said;

"Stop playing with my f**king name!" 

The Cash money records CEO is pissed after the radio host and their radio callers clowned him for not paying one of his artistes, Lil Wayne.

Birdman was not in a good mood, and he doesn't seem to be playing around.

     

Round 1, Fight : Birdman is taking Jay-Z to court over his streaming service, Tidal that recently streamed the Lil Wayne's Free Weezy Album, claiming it is the only one with the exclusive rights to Lil Wayne's music, and TIDAL is only an illegal intermeddler.

          

In a lawsuit obtained by TMZ, Cash Money says that Jay-Z fledgling company is now  resorting to a "a desperate and illegal attempt to save their struggling streaming service.”

TIDAL has responded to the claim of of cash money records,saying that  cash money does not have the exclusive rights to Wayne Music, and that Wayne specifically gave it rights to stream his music in return for part ownership in the company.

Cash Money also trashes Wayne's Free Weezy's album, saying it got "tewpid reviews" and could hurt Cash Money attempt to exploit Wayne's music

The feud between Bryan Williams aka Birdman and Dwayne Michael Carter, Jr., popularly known as Lil Wayne might have a new side to it after it was reported that Birdman, Young Thug and a member of the Blood money gang, Jimmy Carlton Winfrey conspired to kill Lil Wayne, and had planned to do so in the shooting of his tour bus in April as he left the parking lot of an Atlanta venue after a show.

Two months after the incident, Winfrey was arrested in connection with the shooting, which he did with fellow blood gang members. Some details were revealed today via Twitter of the WSBTV reporter, Mike Petchenik, who said the indictment was specifically against Winfrey, but both Birdman and Young Thug are directly connected to Winfrey, and he (Winfrey) was carrying out Young Thug threat by shooting at the Tour bus of Lil Wayne.

           

Winfrey was arrested on the count of six charges, aggravated assault, terroristic threats and acts, criminal damage, possession of a firearm by a felon, criminal gang activity, reckless conduct, and discharging a weapon near the street.

Though Birdman and Young Thug have not been charged, but Young Thug was arrested on Wednesday after allegedly threatening to shoot a mall security guard in the face.

The feud between Lil Wayne and his former Label boss and best friend, Birdman, started when the label won't release his album and also not paying him some money he owed him as his artiste. On Sunday night, Birdman threw a drink on Lil Wayne at LIV nightclub in Miami.

Few hours after the Lil Wayne saga on twitter announcing about the delay in his album, Tyga another rapper under the record label of Cash Money had announced again on twitter that his album will also not be released under the record label.

                

Tweeting from his twitter account, @TygaThe rapper retweeted Lil Wayne's tweet which he later called him a legend. The rapper went further to announce to fans that he will be releasing his album, #TheGoldAlbum independently.

The rapper who is not sure of his stance in the record label after record label founder, Bryan "Baby" Williams recently said took side with Drake, who is been having an internal beef with Tyga. The record label said:

Tyga knows where he stands in this game compared to Drake. That ain’t no secret. Numbers don’t lie,” said Birdman. “Either you’re in or you’re out. If you’re out, you’re an outcast to me.
