Rapper Bobby Shmurda has agreed to plea guilty to Deal On Conspiracy Charges. The rapper under the new deal will face 7 years in prison time and avoid the weapons and drug charges.

Bobby is accused to have conspired with a Brooklyn street gang that were involved in violent drug wars. He has been jailed since 2014, along with 15 others from his crew who were accused of murder, attempted murder and drug dealing.

                 

The singer came into spotlight after his "Hot n***" and "Shmoney" dance featured in one of his videos.

According to TMZ, Bobby lawyers are advising him to take the new deal as he would not get a sympathetic jury and some of his crew are facing life. If he refused the deal and decides to go on trial, he might face decades of jail time.

Bobby has served 20 months in prison, and it will also be taken into account when his release date is set.

The "Hot Boy" singer, Bobby Shmurda has just been denied bail again for the seventh time since his arrest in Dec. 2014. The  New York City judge Abraham Clott said that he has seen no change in Bobby Shmurda, and the case he is charged with is an extremely serious case.

                    

Bobby Shmurda was arrested along with his friends in 2014 for conspiracy to commit murder, multiple weapon possession and reckless endangerment.

The next court date for Bobby Shmurda is on Feb. 22.

While fans of Bobby Shmurda were anticipating his coming home this week, and also a good time for the holidays, the news reaching the media now is that Bobby Shmurda has been denied bail for the sixth time.

The "Hot N*gga" rapper was supposed to be out of jail on bail this week after his attorney supposedly put up a "bulletproof" plan to post bail of $2million dollars, while his aunt also offered four real estate as collateral package to see the young man released from jail on bail.

                   

However, they were all disappointed after Judge Burke refused bail and rejected the package in a sealed proceeding on Thursday, Dec 3, making fans and his legal team disappointed.

Bobby Shmurda was arrested and jailed for conspiracy to commit murder, multiple weapons possessions and reckless endangerment.

While speaking to Billboard in an interview in February, Bobby said;

     When I see the judge and the DA, I just see a bunch of people [who are] trying to take my life away for being blessed, That’s what I look at when I look at them. It looks like a bunch of haters.
