Two Foreigners, the man from Iraq, and the woman from Afghanistan was seen in a security camera footage stealing money from a Cambodian man, after hypnotizing the friendly Cambodian man.
The incident that happened in a money exchange shop shows 2 foreigners in Cambodian, who had planned to rob the money exchange agent, changed their plan immediately they saw the Cambodian man.
According to a post by Cambodia expat website, the Iraqi hypnotized the man, by touching his hair, the lady then started talking with the man, he then removed his wallet in broad daylight, removed $2,000 and put back the wallet, but the Iraqi man blocked the view from people seeing what was happening in the background.
The 2 left the shop, and that was when the Cambodian man decided to count the money in his wallet, and like magic, he was confused himself. He later requested for the security camera footage, that was when he realised the 2 foreigners just robbed him. He said he did not know when the Iraqi touched his hair, and he was surprised.
The man said the money is the salary of construction workers.
