Arinze Eneh lawyer said he is satisfied with the outcome of the court case, but he is yet to decide whether he will appeal the verdict or not.

The Narcotics Distribution Gang

Arinze, also known as Zona, was contacted by a friend named John (currently at large) to pick-up  narcotic drugs coming from China and to be distributed in Indonesia. Arinze now called up his 2 other friends in Indonesia, Tuti Sudartika alias Dede Rosa and Rojali Pajar Saputra (both are tried under different cases) to help carry out the job.

The drug weighing 6.3 kilograms was smuggled in a thermos flask, through Covenant Logistic expedition in Cengkareng, West Jakarta, and was kept inside a kiosk in Cibinong, Bogor, West Java.

The pair was caught and currently charged with illegal drug possession.

The whole crew was charged with the violation of Law Number 35 of 2009 on narcotics for an attempt to smuggle and distribute drugs, and all deserved a death sentence.
