A woman has been arrested for rape and assault in South Korea. Jeon, 45 was arrested by the police when he attempted to rape her boyfriend, 51 years old last month. This is the first time a woman would be indicted for rape allegation in South Korea.

Jeon, a 45 year old divorcee had been dating her boyfriend since 2011, and in August, 2014, the boyfriend wanted to break up from the lady, a move which does not suit well with the lady. She then urges the man to visit her and have a talk for one last time. When the boyfriend turned up, she allegedly gave him a tea in which he had spiked with sleeping pills.
She stripped up the man, and tried to have sex with him, but he woke up and tried running away from the girlfriend, she won't let him escape, and attacked her with a hammer yelling, "Everything is over, I am going to kill you"
If convicted, she is likely to be sentenced to 3 years in prison.
