The Kenyan security forces have identified one of the men that was involved in the Garissa university college attack that saw 150 students dead. The man name is Abdirahim Abdullahi, a Kenyan national and University of Nairobi graduate. The interior ministry spokesperson,Mwenda Njoka said the man was an upcoming brilliant lawyer.
Abdullahi father is a local official in Mandera county had reported Abdullahi to the authorities that he had gone missing on the morning of the attack and fear that he had gone to Somalia.
Njoka said that Abdullahi is a grade A student and advised parents that if their children go missing or show tendencies of having been exposed to violent extremism, they should immediately report to the authorities.
Abdullahi is one of the Al-Shabab men that went to Garissa University, where non-Muslims were lined up and killed. This attack is another deadliest attack on the Kenya soil after the 1998 bombing of the USA embassy. The attack took the lives of 15o students, 3 soldiers and 3 police officers.
