Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam :A body of a young girl, Ngo Ngoc Phut who was declared missing on the 26th of January,2015 was found in a decomposing state across the border in Tay Ninh. The body was found in Svay Rieng province, Cambodia.
Ngoc, 8 years old was a second grade student at Binh My 2 primary school in Binh My Commune, Cu Chi District, HCM City. The family was immediately invited after the body was found for identification, and she was quickly identified as she still has her identification on her and her school uniform. The body was reported to be found in an area in Cambodia with many casinos.

The family of Ngoc efforts in finding the young girl after she was reported missing proved abortive. Since the search of the young girl, no ransom was demanded from the family.
Local authorities of the Loi Thuan Commune, Ben Cau District, Tay Ninh Province, local authorities and border guards at the Moc Bai international border gate has handed over the baby body to the family for burial.
