Leonardo DiCaprio, 41, has finally won his first Oscar for best actor for "The Revenant" at the 2016 academy award. The actor who had failed to win the award after 5 times of nomination finally grabbed the Oscars in 2016.

                                 

While accepting his award, Leo said:

 The Revenant was a product of the unbelievable cast and crew.

And he later talked about the recent climate change:

Making The Revenant was about man's relationship to the natural world.Climate change is real, it is the most urgent threat facing our species.

Let us not take this planet for granted. I do not take tonight for granted.
