The 2 men involved in the fracas

One of the women sat down with 2 other tradesmen, when one of the tradesmen said :

You shouldn’t be wearing that sh*t in Australia’ referring to the Hijab.

The women disagreed with the man and it turned into a heated argument on the train, when one of the Muslim women tried to calm the situation by speaking in Arabic, the man replied her and said :

you shouldn’t be speaking that way, you’re in Australia

While the women were getting off the train, the man yelled at them and said :

   I’ll f***ing smash ya

That was when Jason Cias said, enough is enough, and the man action is violence against women. he turned to the man again and said "Mate, they are women"

The man was angry because of what Jason said and got aggressive with him by kicking his foot, and asking him for a fight, and before Jason Cias could say Jack, the tradesman had already hit him.

This was when the train passengers called the police while Jason Cias held on to his collar and let him knew he will lay the charges for what he did in the court of law.

The Victoria police spokesman said that the police are investigating what had happened on the train and partly captured by another commuter. The police are also asking anyone with information about the incident contact the police.
