Phnom Penh, Cambodia: A Nigerian is currently in police detention after killing a Cambodian woman and causing serious injuries to 3 others. The man who was heavily drunk was having ABC beer bottles in is black Chevrolet. The accident happened along street 1986, Phnom Penh Thmey, Sen Sok district.
The Nigerian car was heading from east and going to the west of the street when he hit the vegetable cart driven by a woman and a woman in the cart. They 2 were brother and sister-in-law when the car hit them, dragging the lady in the cart 10m away, causing the woman to die instantly and seriously injuring the man.
The Nigerian man did not stop the car, but kept driving his car and hit another two motorbikes who had just left a nearby club, Blue zone night club, injuring 2 more people. The man was going to hit another man on the sidewalk who was waiting to pick his relative, but on sighting was what's happening, he managed to quickly jump away from the fast moving car.

Yi Sreymach, female, 28 years old, vegetable vendor living in Khmouch village, Khmouch commune, Sen Sok district. She is married with a son and daughter.
The brother in law that was injured is Von One. He is staying with the couple.
Prak Visal, male, 20 years old, Blue Zone Night Club.
Kim Sopheak, male, 22 years old,Blue Zone Night Club.
The onlookers were going to lynch the Nigerian man after they saw him take the beer bottle and started drinking inside his car aftr the accident. They were stopped by the policemen who evacuated him and took him to the Sen Sok district, leaving behind his car. The mob were not happy the policemen took the unsympathetic man away and later used stones, helmets and rocks to destroy the car windshield.
