Sydney, Australia: Guess who is getting the grandad of the year? well guess we already know that the grandfather of this little girl had gone extra mile to save her granddaughter from a fast moving train after her stroller suddenly jumped into the track of an incoming train.
The incident happened in Wentworthville Station, Sydney. In a released footage, the baby stroller mistakenly moves away from the parents as they were busy purchasing train ticket, and moves onto the track, the grandfather, 62 years old, noticing what has happened runs after the train and the mother and grandmother can be seen running after the old man. The man grabs the baby within seconds, gave it to the women running after him, while he was on the track, the captain of the train noticed what is happening and started ringing the warning horn as he approaches faster.
The man then climbs onto the the platform and was not injured, but was pretty shaken up after the incident. The baby is been treated for swelling to the head,and abrasions to the knee.
