Police in Petersburg, Russia had arrested a 68 years old woman, Tamara Samsonova, after her friend,Valentina Ulanova, 79, went missing. Police investigation revealed that Samsonova had drugged the woman before her death, killed her after an argument over dirty tea cups.
Samsonova was spotted on the CCTV after she had dumped a decapitated body of Ulanova beside the pool in a plastic bag.
Police later raid the house of the lady only to find the diaries of her the act she had committed long again. In the diary police found in the apartment, the woman could have murdered 14 other victims before the death of Ulanova.
Some of the unresolved murder police found in her apartment includes the business card of a man who police said they found his body 12 years ago with his head, legs and arms gone. Police are also suspecting the woman of killing her husband in 2005.
Also in one of the diaries, she had confessed to killing a lodger, Volodya. She wrote in the diary ;
I killed my tenant Volodya, cut him to pieces in the bathroom with a knife, put the pieces of his body in plastic bags and threw them away.
Samsonova was hauled into the court this week over the death of her friend, Ulanova, but she is not feeling any remorse, she told judge Roman Chebotaryov ;
I was getting ready for this court action for dozens of years. It was all done deliberately. With this last murder I closed the chapter. I am guilty and I deserve a punishment."
