The Malaysians police and other dignitaries and lover of football continues to apologise to Vietnam for the national disgrace some of the football fans showed yesterday after a defeat that saw Vietnam winning 2 and the Malaysia team 1.
The Malaysia police has today released a statement and also alert the member of the public that the football fans that went wild in injuring the Vietnamese after the match were supporters of Inter Johor Firms. This comes after series of pictures went on the internet yesterday that shows a man trying to hit the Vietnamese football fans while the Vietnamese women was scared and started crying. Police also arrested two other members of this hooligans team.
Also the Inter Johor FA team released a statement on their website this morning condemning the action of the man in the picture, whom is currently identified as Daniel Akmal.
The football team also banned the supporters of the team that went on rampage too. Also the His Royal Highness Brigadier General Tunku Ismail Ibni Sultan Ibrahim, Crown Prince of Johor also condemned the action. In his statement, He said :
Those responsible with giving Johor a bad name and reputation will be dealt with immidiately with the full force of the law and also will not be recognised as Johoreans. These people who brings disgrace to the State ought to be despised by all Johoreans
Malaysia is a peace loving country and we believe they will not allow such to happen again. Also the Vietnam Football Federation and the police won't allow such to happen in My Dinh stadium, during the second leg match of the 2 teams as some football fans have threatened a revenge on the home game.
