When police search Mark's house in Shadow Hills, California, they found a laptop, a drive and USB and it contains thousands of pornographic images and videos of showing children. He was released on a $20,000 bond.

Because of the amount of the pornography materials, the case was transferred to federal law enforcement. The indictment charged Mark of using the internet on December 26th and 29th, 2015 to receive images and multiple young girls showing child pornography.

According to the LAPD commander, Lt. Andrea Grossman;

 It doesn’t matter who you are or what you do, if you hurt a child you will be held accountable. These images are more than photographs, they are child abuse.

Justice department said the actor have agreed to turn himself in on Jun 3rd, and would be arraigned on that date.
