An unarmed black behavioral therapist, Charles Kinsey, on WMonday was shot 3 times in the leg by police in the state of Florida has he tried taking care of his patient who appears to have an object in his hand.

The unarmed black man in the video was seen on his back while he tries to explain to the police what he is doing with his patient;

    All he has is a truck. A toy truck. I’m a behavior therapist at a group home.

Why he was talking with the police on his cellphone (probably 911), the police around the area had their weapon drawn. Though the time of shooting was not captured, and also uncleared why the officer fired his weapon.

The officer that fired his weapon has now been placed under administrative leave, and investigation is ongoing.

The time of shooting Charles Kinsey is also a period of racial tension after police killed two African-Americans in the first week of July, causing a massive protests and killing of 8 police officers, 5 in Dallas and 3 in Baton Rogue

Why black lives matter have said black should raise their hands when apprehended by the police, seems like that does not work in Charle's case, and he is lucky t be alive.

The recent police standoff in Dallas between the police and a lone gunman has now come to an end, Dallas Police Chief David Brown told reporters Friday.

The gunman was killed by a bomb police detonated, using their robot bomb detonator, as police chief said another option would risk more lives of policemen.

We saw no other option but to use our bomb robot and place a device on its extension for it to detonate where the suspect was," Brown said. "Other options would have exposed our officers to grave danger. The suspect is deceased as a result of detonating the bomb."

The gunman killed 5 policemen and injured seven others. Most of the wounded policemen have now been released from hospital. The killing of the law enforcement has been the deadliest since September 11, 2011.

While negotiators tried stopping him from more killing, he said he was tired of the police killings, especially white policemen, he also said that he is not affiliated to any group, and that he has done the whole killing all by himself.

Police chief said;

"All I know is that this must stop -- this divisiveness between our police and our citizens, We don't feel much support most days. Let's not make today most days. Please, we need your support to be able to protect you from men like these, who carried out this tragic, tragic event.

I'm not going to be satisfied until we've turned over every stone. We've got some level that this one suspect did do some of the shooting. But we're not satisfied that we've exhausted every lead,"So if there's someone out there who's associated with this, we will find you, we will prosecute you, and we will bring you to justice
